That depends on what you are looking for. There is a vast difference between a simple website for a startup business and an E-commerce website.
We need 50% of project cost when the contract is signed. The balance is due when the website is live. However on longer projects, we break that up into 3 installments; 50% at contract signing; 25% after 30 days; 25% when site is live.
This varies based on the complexity of your project. It’s usually driven by the client. If you have a deadline in mind, we will work with you to make it happen. The most common delays are waiting on the client to provide the website content (i.e. text, images, video). An average project runs in the 3-5 week timeframe.
Not unless you absolutely need an in person meeting. We can gather your requirements over a phone call, Skype chat, or you can provide a requirements document with project details.
Most of the communication during the project is via email and occasionally Skype chat. We provide you with a link the test site when we are ready for you to review and provide feedback.
Yes we do. About 25% of the work we do is website redesigns. There are many outdated websites and with the advent of mobile devices, it’s important to redesign your website so as to reach the widest audience possible.
Absolutely! We insist that you purchase domain, hosting, and any other software needed for us to build your new website. This way you are always in control and own the licenses.
We work with all the major hosting companies and can help you transition if you are having problems or are not happy with your current hosting company. In some cases, we can even get you discounted hosting.
We don’t host any websites on our servers, we will recommend third party hosting companies that we use. They are companies that provide good customer support and are easy to work with.
A Word document with the content for each page clearly indicated is usually sufficient.
Images need to be in .jpg or .png format. You can send them to us via Dropbox or Google drive. We will give you size requirements once we have the wireframe for your new website.
All videos must be hosted on a third party video platform. The most common are YouTube and Vimeo.
Yes indeed! We would not build a website today that is not mobile-friendly. This is an absolute must as mobile device use has exploded in the last few years. Your website will work on Apple and Android tablets and smartphones.
No we do not. We prefer that you purchase the domain and hosting so that you own it at all times. We will recommend hosting companies that we work with, and may even be able to get you a discount!
Yes you do, and they are tied to your domain. Hosting companies vary as to how many email addresses they give you when you purchase domain and hosting. But generally speaking you get 1 email address for the domain. Most hosting companies offer email packages if you need to buy more.
Absolutely! When done properly it’s a much more efficient and less expensive approach then traditional marketing. You will be marketing to your target audience, providing the right content, to the right people at the right time.
You will become a trusted authority for your customers. Once they become customers you will continue to delight them. Don’t underestimate the power of marketing that customers love!
Like any marketing plan, inbound marketing takes time. But when done right it will help you engage with your target audience, drive leads, and close more customers.
That being said, most inbound marketing campaigns take 6 to 9 months to start seeing a return on your investment. The most important factor is how dedicated you are in creating content on a consistent basis.
You have to look at inbound marketing as a long-term plan you implement and continue to work on over time. It’s important to get the right traffic to your website. You don’t just want traffic for traffic’s sake. You need the traffic to be from your target audience, otherwise what’s the point?
If you implement everything we ask you to do, your website traffic will grow. If you have compelling offers and content that is designed for your target audience, then your leads will increase.

You first build traffic, then convert more leads, then close more customers. We use tools to measure each step of the process so we know what works and what doesn’t.
Skipping any steps along the way make our measuring tools worthless as we cannot accurately ascertain why we have or have not met your business goals and objectives.
The first 3 months are generally the busiest as it takes time to setup your blog, build your inbound marketing strategy, and create the content (i.e. articles, ebooks, whitepapers etc). Once all elements are in place, it will take less time to maintain the effort.
In the beginning 5-10 hours per week is the norm. This time is spread out among the various members of your team. At least 1 hour per week is spent consulting with us to make sure you are on track and to answer any questions, issues or concerns you have.
Most companies we engage with tell us they are not writers. They don’t know how they are going to come up with regular blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers etc.
You would be surprised at how much you really can write. You know your industry and your company. You know your products and services and the customers that would use them. So you could easily come up with a few articles and ebooks about your products and services as they relate to your customers right?
But not to worry, if you don’t want to write or simply don’t have the time, we can help you outsource the writing to make sure you publish on regular and consistent schedule.

No. We will design a 6 month inbound marketing campaign. You pay on a monthly basis. If you cancel, you are billed for the current month and nothing after that.
